Where Does Island Consulting Operate?

Many (but not all) of our assignments are of a short term nature (ranging from a few days to three months).  That is particularly true of assignments such as training and running risk management workshops.  

Setting up a project office, in most cases can also be completed well within this time.  Change management assignments differ in duration depending on the complexity of the project, and the specific role we are asked to play.  For both Risk and Change Management assignments, there is often an initial consultation, which generally requires two or three weeks. These may be followed up with regular, but shorter reviews.  Again, depending on the complexity and nature of the project, and our client's specific requirements.

We are not limited geographically to New South Wales, or even Australia. Our contracts to date have mostly been in NSW, Victoria and Western Australia, Generally, we are prepared to go where our clients need us.   Contact us if you would like to know if we can provide services in your area.
