Island Consulting provides a range of specialised
services,
aimed at improving the success rate of information management and technology
projects.
Many of our assignments are of a short term nature (ranging from a few days
to three months). That is particularly true of assignments such as
training and running risk management workshops. It also applies in terms
of setting up a project office, and change management assignments.
Consequently, we are not limited geographically to New South Wales, or even
