Project Management - The Soft Stuff

Disciplines such as change management, risk management, training and quality assurance are sometimes referred to as 'soft' project elements. Yet insufficient attention to these often results in project failure. There are many excellent resources dedicated to 'hard' project management issues. We are working to raise the bar in regard to the so-called 'soft stuff' through this site, and through our consulting services.

Browse through our reference sections. The buttons on the left lead you to general information on Change Management  and Risk Management. The Frequently Asked Questions button links you to specific questions. Contact us if you would like any further information, or if you would like to make any suggestions regarding this web site.
